Shipping Destinations & Methods
We only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada and to U.S. military addresses (i.e. APO, FPO, etc.). Orders shipped to addresses within the United States are shipped by United States Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. Orders shipped to Canada are shipped by airmail. Orders shipped to U.S. military addresses are shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping & handling charges are based on the total weight of your order. As you add items to your shopping cart, the shipping & handling charge will be displayed in the cart.
IMPORTANT: For a few especially large and/or heavy items, no shipping charge will be displayed in the cart or at checkout. If this occurs, the customer should contact YouBeFit.com Customer Service at 800-823-3488 for the shipping charge.
When To Expect Your Order
Orders for in-stock items are usually shipped within 1 business day. Shipping to addresses in the U.S. takes between 1 to 5 business days depending upon your location.
When your order is shipped by UPS, you will receive an e-mail with a UPS tracking number you can use to track the progress of your shipment.

Return Merchandise Policy
At youbefit.com, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with a product you purchase from us, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
This money-back guarantee applies to all products except swimsuits, intimate apparel, and opened audio, video, and software products which are not returnable.
The product must be complete and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt, canceled check, or credit card statement may be required. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
